 In a time filled with unknown, a lot of anxiety and uncertainty about health and the economy, we wanted to remind you that in times like these, grounding yourself, remembering the power of having perspective and choosing to engage a positive mindset can be more helpful than it sounds!

Staying informed, keeping calm, being kind to one another and taking some time to enjoy the little things in life is what will help get us through this.

Today, as we worked remotely from our homes, the NV team got together over email and shared some of our favourite books, podcasts and YouTube channels that we will be engaging over the next few weeks as sources of inspiration and entertainment as we make the most of self-isolation!
