Free Returns With Checkout+

We’re introducing Checkout+, an optional return protection service available at checkout for our customers in Australia, New Zealand and the US.

Choosing Checkout+ is completely optional. If you choose not to add it, our standard Nakedvice returns policy will continue to apply to your order.

To use Checkout+

• Add Checkout+ at checkout, for a fixed fee, and enjoy free returns for refunds, exchanges and store credit.
• If you need to make a return, simply submit a return through our returns portal within 14 days of your order being delivered.
• Follow the instructions to return your item, print your label and return to us.

For further information, please see our Returns Policy.
