- This service is available for customers located in Melbourne Metro Only.
- Same-day delivery is only available Monday to Friday. It is not available on weekends or public holidays.
- All same-day delivery orders are delivered by our partner Rendr. A signature is required upon delivery.
- Same-day delivery is also unavailable for PO Boxes, Lockers or Post Office addresses.
- Pricing starts at $10 and is calculated at checkout based on your location.
- In the case of a missed delivery, the customer will bear the re-delivery cost.
CLICK & COLLECT
- Click & collect is available from our Abbotsford boutique for Melbourne customers.
- Orders placed before 11am will be ready for pick up on the same day and all orders placed after 11am will be ready for pick up the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be ready for pick up on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for collection.
- Click & collect orders will be kept for 21 days from the day you've placed your order. After 21 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a return.
PREORDER
- Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated shipping date.
- Please note that while we strive to provide the most accurate information possible, pre-order arrival dates are only estimates. Due to customs processes and unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Rest assured, you’ll receive updates about your order via email.
- Items that are placed with pre-order items will be sent together once the pre-order item arrives.
PHONE ORDERS
- Phone Orders are available from our boutique only. To arrange a phone order please contact our boutique directly.
- Simply provide your details over the phone, and we’ll email you an invoice. Once you’ve received the invoice, you can select your preferred shipping method.
- Please note that a shipping fee will apply as per our online shipping methods.
- Phone orders are unavailable for international customers.
