Returns Policy
OUR AUSTRALIAN POLICY
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. All return requests must be completed within this period. We will not accept any return requests that fall outside of this time frame.
- Full-priced items purchased online are eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the order.
- Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a promotional event are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- Items purchased with Nakedvice loyalty discounts (welcome code, abandoned cart, and rewards discounts) are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Sale items can be returned for an exchange only.
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during a warehouse sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- Online shoppers can return their items through our online portal or at the nearest boutique.
- A $15 AUD shipping and handling fee applies to all returns.
- Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size or colour, or for an alternative item of equal value.

Please request a store credit to repurchase your desired items. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the order. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
- Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a promotional event are eligible for store credit only.
- Items purchased with Nakedvice loyalty discounts (welcome code, abandoned cart, and rewards discounts) are eligible for a refund or store credit.
- All sale items and final sale items are non-returnable.
- A shipping and handling fee will apply to all returns. You can view the applicable amount here.

- You have 7 days from purchase to return your item/s. All return requests must be completed within this period. We will not accept any return requests that fall outside of this time frame.
- Full-priced items purchased in-store are eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the order.
- Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a promotional event are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
- Items purchased with Nakedvice loyalty discounts (welcome code, abandoned cart, and rewards discounts) are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
- Sale items can be returned for an exchange only. No refunds or store credits.
- Boutique purchases cannot be returned to the online store. Please visit your nearest boutique to return your items.
CLICK & COLLECT
- All Click & Collect orders are subject to the same return policy as online purchases. Returns can be processed through the online portal or at your nearest boutique.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Ensure that you meet our returns criteria before posting back your items, If your return does not comply with these conditions your items will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.

All returned products must be in original condition, unused, unworn, and with the original tags and packaging attached. This includes shoe boxes, bag fillers and protective materials.

Shoes must not show any signs of wear. When trying on your shoes, please ensure you do so on a non-abrasive surface such as a rug or carpet.

Once your return is lodged you have 7 days to post your return back to us. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

A shipping and handling fee is applied to all returns, return shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be logged in our online portal before being sent back to the warehouse. Any returns not submitted through the portal will not be accepted.

You have the option to purchase shipping insurance directly from your courier when returning your parcel. This coverage protects your return if it is lost in transit. Nakedvice is not responsible for any returns lost during transit.

Please note that for multiple exchanges on the same order, after the second exchange, the customer will be responsible for covering all associated costs, including shipping fees
